- Understand how to manage performance and conflict in the workplace
- Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace&
- Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues
- Understand health and safety procedures in the workplace
- Understand how to develop and deliver a presentation
This course is FREE and delivered online.
Eligibility requirements
- Be aged 19 years or over
- Have lived in the UK for the last three years, or be able to prove your residency status, for example, indefinite leave to remain, settled status or you are an asylum seeker who has been in the UK for more than 6 months
