This session on the regulatory landscape for AI in the UK/international is a free training event, part of the responsible AI masterclass, a six-part learning series designed to empower business owners and professionals to make ethical, effective and regulation-compliant decisions in the age of artificial intelligence. Participants are welcome to register for the session(s) they would like to attend.

- Overview of the current regulations (e.g. EU AI Act) and regulatory trends in the UK, US and internationally
- The underlying regulatory principles and country specific approaches (e.g. transparency, AI literacy, risk based approach)
- What this means for UK based businesses who want to use and/or are already using AI
- Case studies on how companies are addressing a diverse set of AI regulatory requirements
- Tools and resources available
