ThinkCircle is a new, innovative way of developing female leaders in key sectors within Professional Services, from HR to accounting, marketing, tech and many more.
Combining peer learning, reflective practice and shared experience, ThinkCircle perfectly blends industry led training with the strength of community.

- Core leadership skills: influencing, communication, strategic thinking, decision-making.
- Practical strategies: confidence-building exercises and practical leadership challenges.
- Collaborative learning: ongoing coaching and peer learning to sustain growth.
- Industry professional training: taught by experienced industry professionals who understand challenges women in leadership face.
- Contemporary tools: minimal disruption to day-to-day work, structured for busy.
Duration and delivery
- Designed to fit around existing work commitments.
- The online sessions take place on Fridays from 10am to 1pm over 13 weeks.
- In addition, there are two in-person workshops held in Central London.
