Guest speakers
Tracey Butcher, founder of Founder Mums Club
Founder Mums Club is a UK-wide community that brings together and supports mums building businesses while balancing family life.
As a mum of four, certified coach and mindfulness teacher, Tracey champions ambitious mothers who want to grow with confidence, resilience and genuine connection.
Tracey created Founder Mums Club to ensure that no mother has to build a business alone.
With regular online and in-person connection events, wellbeing sessions and expert masterclasses, Founder Mums Club provides a supportive, non-judgemental and safe space where mums in business can learn, connect and thrive together.
During the event, Tracey will discuss practical hacks – what works (and what doesn't) when building a business and a community.
Soni Panda, director of Soni Panda x LTD
Soni is an entrepreneur, business mentor, serial podcaster, public speaker and personal stylist who believes confidence and authenticity aren't just buzzwords, but the whole strategy.
She built her hosiery brand Soni Panda x LTD from the ground up, learned every lesson the hard way and turned those experiences into something bigger: mentoring founders, taking the stage to inspire and challenge audiences, sparking real conversations about entrepreneurship, AI, fashion, modern business trends, and showing up in rooms she probably helped build.
Whether she's on stage, behind a mic, in a boardroom or helping someone find their edge, Soni brings sharp business thinking, creative flair and the kind of energy that makes people take notes.
At the event, Soni will talk about Style, Strategy & Standing Out in Business.
Martha Keith, founder and CEO of Martha Brook
Martha Keith is the founder and CEO of Martha Brook, a personalised stationery and lifestyle brand that has grown into a global e-commerce success.
Alongside leading her product business, she launched Business Secrets Club in 2024 to support fellow entrepreneurs with marketing, strategy and building community-led brands, growing the platform to a community of more than 100,000 members in under 18 months.
She also serves on the Advisory Council of the British Library, is an Ambassador for the Business & IP Centre and was recently appointed to the UK Government Small Business Growth Forum.
