The Thrive at Work series launches in January 2026, offering seven one-hour workshops designed to strengthen wellbeing, communication and leadership skills.
SMEs wanting to support wellbeing, communication and positive workplace culture can register to attend these online workshop series.
The sixth online workshop enables small business owners and entrepreneurs to develop clear, confident communication skills and techniques for constructive feedback and challenging discussions.
This online workshop has a duration of one hour and a cost of £10 with tools you can use immediately. It is delivered by Rachael White, a workplace wellbeing specialist and Positive Psychology practitioner.
