SHIFT is working with innovators on everything from building materials made from biochar to AI-powered buildings and we want to show our stakeholders what these look and feel like before being integrated into our urban fabric and used to improve our lives.
These artefacts, curated by SHIFT and hosted by UCL, show how start-ups, researchers and communities are already building tomorrow's city. The pop-up exhibition features physical solutions that will act as the building blocks of our cities, digital solutions tackling pressing issues and experimental interventions straddling both the physical and digital.
The exhibition offers an opportunity for local businesses to see these artefacts first-hand, explore new partnerships within the SHIFT ecosystem, stay ahead of industry trends and gain a competitive edge in an increasingly data-driven and sustainable market.
