Whether you're an entrepreneur, coach or aspiring mentor looking to enhance your current role or explore a new career, this course provides a solid foundation to help you succeed.
Delivering a level 3 qualification, you complete around 15–20 hours of learning each week, supported by weekly live group webinars with your Successful Mums Trainer and a community of like-minded parents.
Topics we cover
- The difference between coaching and mentoring.
- How to use coaching models like GROW.
- Active listening and powerful questioning.
- Planning and delivering engaging sessions.
- Setting goals and reviewing progress.
- Understanding trainer responsibilities.
- Giving effective feedback.
- Planning and delivering your own coaching session.
- Supported feedback and ideas how to gain clients.
The course is fully funded, and delivered online over 10 weeks during term time.
Join a two-hour weekly webinar starting at 10am on a set regular day of the week, but never on a Friday. (Your specific day is confirmed when you sign up).
You'll be in a small group of like-minded people, supported by a dedicated trainer for the duration of the course. You do around 15–20 hours of self-guided study per week, fitted in around your own commitments, as we're geared up to support parents in their learning.
