This workplace mental wellbeing workshop will be delivered online on 30 July and is designed to help small and medium businesses create healthier, happier and more resilient workplaces.
Led by a qualified psychotherapist specialising in anxiety and depression, this engaging and interactive workshop provides practical tools to support both employees and managers.
Participants learn how to recognise the early signs of stress, anxiety and burnout, while developing healthier ways to manage mental wellbeing.
The workshop also encourages open and supportive conversations around mental health, helping to reduce stigma and strengthen team communication.
