We support in the design practical, enforceable policies that turn intent into everyday practice. This includes diversity policies, equal opportunity policies, reasonable-adjustment policies, recruitment and HR guidance and measurable KPIs.
We align to best practice and universal design principles, provide templates and checklists, and set up review cycles so policies stay live and can evolve with your organisation.
On-site audits
We assess entrances, routes, signage/wayfinding, lighting and acoustics, seating, toilets/changing, counters, parking, alarms and egress, plus service interactions.
You get a graded findings report, photo evidence, floor-plan annotations and a costed roadmap: quick wins, low-cost fixes and CapEx items. We validate changes with lived-experience reviews.
Staff training
Role-specific training for frontline, managers and leaders: disability etiquette, communication, reasonable adjustments and scenario drills for events and emergencies.
Formats include workshops and short e-learning with job aids and checklists. We measure confidence and behaviour change (pre/post) and embed modules into onboarding for lasting impact.
