Tower Hamlets Council, in collaboration with Place Support Partnership, is fully funding this service for small, local independent businesses in Tower Hamlets, to help to:
- Improve cash flow
- Improve profitability
- Free up capital to safeguard jobs/invest
- Become cost-efficient
The programme provides:
- Three hours of support from our experienced team
- One-to-one support with expert business support consultants
- Advice and guidance on how to save money and manage contracts
- A detailed savings report and action plan to support your business, including details of how to realise the identified savings
Eligibility
- This programme is only for small, local, independent businesses in Tower Hamlets
- Businesses that have already accessed support under the Whitechapel Business Cost Savings Project will not be able to access support provided by this project
- The business must be registered and operating in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets
- The business must be independently owned
- The business must have been running for at least 12 months
- The business must not have more than 25 employees
