ScaleUp Growth Mentoring Package

ScaleUp business mentoring package consists of six one-hour sessions. For business owners that come under the Scale Up programme, the first session will be complimentary and the second session will be offered at a 50% discount. Should clients choose to continue, my rate will be £160 per session. Depending of the business the clients have, mentoring will help with:
- Launching and successfully managing an idea that turns into a business
- Building financial plans, P&L which will help with improving cashflow for business
- Building a strategy for expansion
- Building strategies for day to day management of a business
- Thinking outside of the box for revenue generation and cost improving opportunities
