Free cyber security support and services

This police-led initiative helps SMEs and third sector organisations improve cyber security and resilience through knowledge sharing, training, guidance and technical services – all fully government funded.

Whether you are a startup, sole trader or medium-sized organisation, services are designed to improve cyber security and build cyber resilience safeguarding: data, money, operations and reputation from opportunistic cyber-attacks.

Free membership and support

Join your local Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC) to access services at no cost.

Membership includes a one-to-one crime prevention discussion to identify the right support for your organisation, a 16-part journey towards better cyber resilience and signposting to free, trusted resources.

Through the Cyber PATH police and academia talent horizons programme, organisations can access:

• Security Awareness Training: Training for staff with little or no technical knowledge.
• First Step Web Assessment: Identifies key website vulnerabilities.
• Web Application Assessment: Assesses websites and web services for weaknesses.
• Internal Vulnerability Assessment: Scans internal networks and systems for vulnerabilities.
• External Vulnerability Assessment: Identifies weaknesses in internet-facing systems.
• Microsoft 365 Service: Reviews Microsoft 365 configuration for security weaknesses.
• Internet Discovery Service: Reviews publicly available information about employees.
• Cyber Business Continuity Review: Reviews your business continuity plan and resilience to cyber-attacks.
• Cyber Security Policy Review: Reviews how cyber security policies are written and implemented.
