We support SMEs by providing access to pre-trained, work-ready early-years candidates through our government-funded skills bootcamp.
This functions as an extended recruitment model, giving you the opportunity to assess motivated individuals before making long-term hiring decisions.
All learners complete eight weeks of structured sector training, including safeguarding certification, practical skills development, and workplace readiness.
Every candidate is screened for motivation, reliability and right to work in the UK prior to being introduced to you.
Candidates are prepared specifically for nursery environments, with a focus on safeguarding responsibilities, professional conduct, teamwork, communication with parents, and understanding EYFS expectations. Many are seeking part-time opportunities and are committed to completing their Level 2 or Level 3 qualification while working.
There are no recruitment agency fees, only a small administrative contribution. We manage matching, interview coordination and transition support to help ensure successful onboarding and retention.
