Momentum Sessions are ongoing business coaching for established business owners who want regular strategic support, clearer thinking and practical accountability as they grow.
They are for founders who already have clients, revenue and a working business, but need space to step back from daily delivery and make stronger decisions about what comes next.
You may be growing, changing your offer, managing collaborators, improving your pipeline or trying to build a business that does not depend entirely on your own time and energy.
You will work with Mark Elliott FRSA, a business coach, mentor and former business leader with more than 30 years' experience across startups, small businesses, technology, agencies and social enterprise.
Mark combines practical commercial experience with direct, supportive coaching to help owners identify what matters most and act on it.
Momentum Sessions include up to two coaching sessions each month. They provide a regular place to review progress, work through challenges and stay focused on your longer-term goals.
Support may cover:
- Growth strategy, business model and future direction.
- Pricing, positioning and offers.
- Sales and marketing.
- Priorities and decision-making.
- Delegation, systems and reducing founder dependency.
- Confidence and leadership.
- Reviewing progress against agreed actions.
Where useful, sessions can include The Curve, Mark's CPD-accredited one-page planning framework. It connects business outcomes with your priorities, values and leadership principles, helping you review progress and learning over time.
Momentum Sessions are for owners who want consistent challenge, perspective and accountability, without committing to a major reset programme.
