The service begins with a free one-hour business model canvas consultation, followed by optional paid strategic support tailored to your business needs.
During the one-hour consultation, you review your business model canvas, identify strengths, gaps and risks, clarify your value proposition and target market and explore income streams and growth opportunities. You leave with clear next steps and improved strategic direction.
Following the session, tailored support is available across three areas:
- Information and education includes guidance on funding types (e.g. grants vs loans), funding readiness, business planning, strategic development and financial forecasting (non-regulated advice).
- Signposting and introductions provide access to lenders, grant bodies, support programmes, relevant contacts, directories and potential partners.
- Strategic business growth support includes Business Model Canvas development, growth and scaling strategies, income diversification, CIC and social enterprise support and ongoing mentoring.
Key outcomes include a clearer business model, improved funding readiness, identified growth opportunities, access to networks and a practical action plan.

Elsa Caleb is a business development strategist with over 25 years' experience supporting SMEs, CICs and entrepreneurs. She has a strong track record in mentoring, funding readiness, and business growth.
