Running a business (or thriving in someone else’s) is easier when the way you think is recognised and supported.

Our specialists help neurodivergent business owners and neurodiverse team members to unlock government funding for personalised, one-to-one coaching.

Fully funded support via the Government's Access to Work scheme

We support you through the full Access to Work process. This service is fully funded through each individual’s grant, meaning there’s no cost to you or your organisation.

The support covers:

  • Guidance with completing the initial application
  • Responding to any queries about the Access to Work process
  • Attending the online holistic workplace assessment with you
  • Supporting you during Access to Work-related phone calls
  • Help with complaints, reconsideration or ICE reviews
  • Assistance in accessing your grant funds to pay for support

Coaching

Once your Access to Work award has been confirmed, we match you with one of our qualified neurodiversity coaches who will provide tailored and confidential one-to-one support. We focus on practical strategies that boost everyday productivity and wellbeing.

Who is this for?

  • Self-employed or running a company in the UK
  • Those about to start their own business
  • Employees (full-time, part-time or zero-hours)
  • You have, or believe you have, a neurodivergent condition such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or Tourette’s
  • Aged 16 and over and working (or about to start work)

Not sure if you're eligible? Get in touch and we can figure it out together.
