This is a one-to-one, 45-minute Zoom call. We share screens, go through your website together and I tell you honestly what is working and what is holding you back.
I've run these clinics online and in person for years, and the aim is always the same: give small business owners quick wins they can actually use, not a list of technical jobs they'll never get round to.

Most of my work is with counsellors and psychotherapists, and I also work with creatives and other small businesses, particularly across London.
I run the Ealing Business Network, support the Chiswick Business network, am a member of The Business Beanstalk and host the Small Business Power Hour podcast, so I spend a lot of time with owners in exactly this position.
