We offer workspaces at four sites in Hackney:
- Dalston – Beechwood Road: HCD Co-operative Workspace is based on Beechwood road, adjacent to the new Dalston Square development at Dalston Junction. It is home to HCD's central office and a range of socially-focussed organisations and joins our retail units on Dalston Lane.
- Dalston – Bradbury Works: we have maximised the existing building while creating new spaces and further animating the square.
- Dalston – Downham Road: thanks to our partnership with London & Chelsea to form HCD & London, we completed our redevelopment of the site. The site provides five new residential units (fully sold) and over 3,300 new affordable workspaces (increasing workspace provision at the site).
- Woodberry Works: Provides a mix of affordable self-contained offices, co-working space, and training and business support for tenants and residents. This has allowed HCD to provide workspace in the north of the borough for the first time and is the first time HCD has provided co-working facilities to meet evolving work requirements.
