At Karma Kitchen we help food businesses by transforming underutilised industrial spaces into vibrant commercial kitchen hubs, enabling brands to grow with minimal upfront costs.

We work with food businesses of all types and sizes, from start-ups to multi-national chains, and from QSR to food manufacturers. We now have 5 sites across London, each containing up to 50 kitchens and shared facilities such as communal areas. We pride ourselves on building beautiful spaces that are naturally lit, colourful and a joy to work in.

Our locations include Bermondsey, Wood Green, Hackney and Crystal Palace. Across these sites, we have a variety of options; including our unique shared kitchen workbenches, standard and large spaces and central production units.

We offer more than just kitchens, which is why we include extras such as dedicated site managers, core equipment, specific utilities, partnerships and even a kitchen porter service. We're a strategic partner that can provide you with the flexibility and scalability you need to grow.

Contract options:

• Ad-hoc (one-off bookings) through our KK membership
• Monthly reoccurring for our shared and smaller kitchens at specific sites
• Long-term for brands looking to commit to a space for 6 months+
