The New Mansion Square affordable workspace units offer a unique workspace to run your business from.
Each self-contained workspace unit has its own kitchen and faces onto a new landscaped square. The units have access to accessible toilets, showers and bike storage.
All tenants have access to the Enterprise Hub - a co-working space with rentable fixed desks, meeting spaces and a podcast studio. There are regular opportunities to attend events and networking sessions. Units range from 344 to 634 sq ft and are rented at £27 per sq ft, reflecting a 50% discount on the market rate.
Rent is inclusive of water consumption, service charge and buildings insurance. Utilities, internet and business rates charged separately. The 1,108 sq ft (103 sq metre) co-working hub includes rentable fixed desks, meeting spaces and a podcast studio.
All workspace tenants are able to use the hub. We also arrange events and networking opportunities.
Eligibility requirements
The space is open to local businesses looking to access affordable workspace and hotdesks in Wandsworth. Businesses would need to be registered and trading to access the workspaces.
