You'll work with Jim Reeves, who has led product development in global markets, co-founded and scaled GravityLight, mentored startups for CRL, RAEng and Plus X, and supported dozens of hardware teams in navigating from idea to market. He’s worked both within and alongside startups as they navigate the big decisions and the day-to-day challenges that come with building something real.
This is one-to-one support, built around your venture. We listen, understand where you're headed and work with you to move things forward. That might mean acting as a sounding board, pressure-testing key decisions, helping you structure your priorities, making connections, or working out how to get the most from the people and resources at hand. It’s about focused guidance that supports momentum and builds confidence, not complexity.
Our mentoring fee is £450+VAT per month. This includes fortnightly one-to-one sessions and flexible, ad hoc support between meetings, tailored to what you need as challenges arise.
