Raise Ready Finance Plan (RRFP)

The Friendly CFO
The raise ready finance plan (RRFP) is a jargon-free approach to getting your financials investor-ready. Designed for early-stage founders, RRFP includes a three-hour interactive workshop, a bespoke financial model template, a personalised one-to-one deep dive session and a final review to ensure your numbers align with investor expectations.
To break it down further, here’s what you’ll get:
- Pre-workshop one-to-one session: meet with Suzie to clarify your fundraising goals and revenue model. From this, she’ll design a bespoke financial model template tailored to your business.
- Interactive three-hour workshop: covering what investors look for and the fundamentals of creating your three-year financial model and cash flow forecast.
- Industry-specific template and homework: receive your bespoke template - no Excel expertise needed! Complete this with your business’s financial information as homework.
- Personalised deep dive session: once you’ve completed your template, you’ll have a one-to-one with Suzie to review your financials and discuss your raise strategy.
- Bespoke modelling and final review: after the deep dive, Suzie will spend up to two hours refining your model, ensuring it meets investor expectations and is backed by her 25 years of experience. You’ll then have a 30-minute final review to go over updates so you feel confident presenting to investors.
You’ll also receive branded charts to strengthen your pitch deck, plus access to a community of founders for ongoing support. With more than £20m raised for founders, Suzie’s expertise ensures you walk away with a solid, investor-ready financial plan.
The RRFP is priced at £700+VAT, with flexible payment plans available.
