With over nine years at Turning Point, I contributed as Director of Client Services, specialising in reward consultancy. My expertise includes job description creation, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay frameworks, gender pay audits, and total reward solutions. I led the entire sales process, from generating leads and new business development to delivering services and maintaining client relationships, ensuring tailored solutions meet organizational needs.
As part of the senior leadership team, I focus on strategy, process optimisation, and business development. I have delivered training on job descriptions and evaluation while advancing internal systems like project management software to improve operational efficiency. My commitment to aligning business goals with client success drives impactful partnerships in the reward consultancy space.
Since joining Turning Point, I have created the whole sales process from start to finish, administered the CRM, collaborated with marketing and designed the processes for service delivery.
