I help identify points of stress and tension and develop strategies for unpicking them and enable everyone to thrive in the team and do their best work
- Ongoing accountability team coaching: once the team has resolved its internal challenges and knows what it can do, the next challenge is to keep the momentum and maintain those constructive habits. My ongoing team accountability coaching gives a regular check-in on progress and offers interventions where necessary. This keeps the team humming, enables new people to join seamlessly and the workflow running.
