WorkWell supports people to stay in work or return to work after an absence. WorkWell can help you and your managers support employees with health conditions or disabilities by advising on reasonable adjustments and workplace solutions.
For employees, WorkWell provides tailored support with dedicated work and health coaches and access to services, such as physiotherapy, counselling and other specialist offers. Supporting employees through WorkWell can improve retention and productivity.
Participation is voluntary. Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
