Tell us about your business.
My name is Susan Eljack, and the business is called Trinity Camden. I make and design jewellery, which I sell in Camden Market.
What do you think of free business support?
I think the idea of free business support is absolutely amazing and vital, especially when you start a small business. Simply because finances sometimes can be really tight.
You need all the support you can get, especially when it comes to advertising and even letting people know that your business exists.
And especially in this time when the economy and finances are down – like how retail is down by 40%, people don't really spend their money the same way. So, any support for small businesses is vital.
What kind of support would you like to receive from Grow London Local?
Firstly, it would be stuff like advertising, letting people know that you're here and where they can come to.
Also, advice is really needed sometimes, because if your business is not doing so well, sometimes it would be nice to speak to a business counsellor or a mentor, who can help you maybe shape your business or change it to make it more successful.
