About the speaker
Oliver is a retailer with many years experience of running retail businesses. He was managing director of The White Company and grew this from £6 million to £50 million, crediting this success to his understanding of customer metrics.
He set up Sweet Analytics, a customer and marketing analytics platform, in 2018, and works with retail SMEs to help them grow.
