A six-week, hands-on training programme designed for hospitality business owners who want to develop their specialist skills. Training is delivered on licensed premises to provide real workplace experience alongside expert-led sessions in mixology, customer service and leadership.
Eligibility requirements
Six-week programme, Level 3.
Employees aged 19-plus and living and working in London and keen to develop mixology skills.
